Hi, today I'm going to keep introducing my best ramen in Kyoto!

6.Fukakusa seimen(深草製麺)

Fukakusa seimen is near Fushimi Inari Shrine, which has been listed as one of the top attractions for foreign tourists visiting Japan and was no.1 in 2013.
(Fushimi Inari Shrine in Kyoto)
I recommend you visit Fukakusa Seimen and Fushimi Inari Shrine simultaneusly because, I guess, you are going to get Keihan train when you go to Fushimi Inari Shrine and Fukakusa Seimen is located at 10 min walk away from Fukakusa station which is next to Fushimi Inari station.

Fukakusa Seimen offer ceamy fish and thick white broth soup whipped with whisk and you can choose your noodle from which thin or thick. The pork  on the top is cooked on low temperature and the boiled egg is soaked in speciall soy based souce.
This is Mazesoba, which is a type of ramen without soup. "maze" means "to mix" so it's literally translated mixed noodle.

7.Aitsu no Ramen Kataguruma(あいつのラーメン かたぐるま)
(Ultra tsukemen)
Kataguruma is one of the unique ramen restaurants in Kyoto. The chef had trained in a ramen restaurant called Ore no Ramen Appareya, which has listed as no.1 ramen in Kyoto for years.

This tsukemen looks like a italian, actually the soup includes a bit powder cheese as a secret ingredient and it makes the tsukemen taste like carbonara. Everything topped with on the ramen and tsukemen like low temperature cooked pork, seasoned boiled egg, and bamboo shoots are high quality and amazing, you can add extra topping on ramen and tsukemen!

8.Gokkei(極鶏)
I have never seen such a intense flavour of chicken in ramen. As you see, this chicken soup is so rich and thick that surprisingly noodle never sink and remain on the surface of the soup.
Gokkei was listed on the best ramens 2015 in Kyoto and it's specialty of ramen attracts people to queue outside the ramen place every day.
